离子色谱法测定齐多夫定中甲磺酸甲酯的质量浓度

根据甲磺酸甲酯在碱性条件下能水解生成甲磺酸,建立了离子色谱检测齐多夫定中甲磺酸甲酯的方法体系.样品加水超声溶解,在pH值为10、温度为80 ℃的条件下水解15 min,对水解液直接进样分析.分析条件:采用6.3 mmol·L-1 NaHCO3、1.7 mmol·L-1Na2CO3的混合溶液为流动相,流速为0.50 mL·min-1,柱温为40 ℃.结果表明,甲磺酸甲酯的质量浓度在0.50~10.00 mg·L-1时能完全水解.甲磺酸的质量浓度在0.50~10.00 mg·L-1时线性相关系数R为0.999 6,检出限(S/N=3)为0.10 mg·L-1,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.86%.添加浓度水平为5.00,2.00,1.00 mg·L-1时,本方法的回收率为92.06%~97.28%.
