低碳醇用于香兰素加氢脱氧催化反应的试验

摘要: 在一系列Mo2C/AC催化剂上,研究了短链低碳醇作为氢供体在香兰素加氢脱氧催化反应中的作用.实验表明,在香兰素的加氢脱氧催化反应过程中,乙醇不仅作为溶剂,同时也是较理想的氢供体.20% Mo2C/AC催化剂具有最佳的催化性能,在200 ℃温度下,香兰素的转化率达28.2%,4甲基愈创木酚的选择性高达94.2%,其加氢脱氧活性主要与催化剂中高分散的βMo2C纳米粒子有关.

Abstract: The shortchain alcohols have extensive sources and are easy to store and transport with high safety and mild reaction conditions compared with hydrogen. So it’s a kind of clean and environmental friendly hydrogen donor. The role of shortchain alcohols as hydrogen donors for the hydrodeoxygenation(HDO) of vanillin is investigated over a series of different loading of Mo2C/AC catalysts. It is found that ethanol is used as the solvent and the best hydrogen donor at the same time in this process, and 20% Mo2C/AC has showed the best performance among these tested catalysts. The conversion of vanillin and selectivity of 4methylguaiacol reach 28.2% and 94.2%, respectively, at 200 ℃ for 5 h reaction time. Characterizations indicated that the activity of catalysts for the hydrodeoxygenation of vanillin depends mainly on the highly dispersed βMo2C nanoparticles of the catalysts.
