Configuration synthesis method of planetary polishing device based on AKC

Abstract  Aiming at the problem of configuration synthesis of a planetary polishing device, a configuration synthesis method based on Assur kinematic chain (AKC) is presented. According to the composition principle of planar mechanisms, the AKC was selected as the basic unit and it was disassembled according to the different numbers of dismantled components, by which the original configurations of the mechanism were obtained. By the structural topology of the original configurations, the cognate configurations with single or multiple degrees of freedom were obtained. The redundant degrees of freedom of the cognate configurations were constrained by the double sliding block structure, sliding block parallelogram structure and bi-parallelogram structure, and 47 kinds of planar mechanism configurations which met the requirements of degree of freedom were developed. According to the requirements of avoiding mechanical interference, concise configuration and adjustable eccentricity, three configurations that met the requirements were determined, one of which was selected to design the planetary polishing device, and the feasibility of the device was verified by the motion characteristics analysis. Results indicate that the configuration synthesis method based on AKC can realize the configuration design of planetary polishing device, while this method can provide more ideas for the configuration synthesis of planar mechanisms.

基于AKC的行星抛光装置构型综合方法

针对某行星抛光装置的构型综合问题,提出一种基于AKC(Assur kinematic chain,Assur运动链)的构型综合方法。根据平面机构组成原理,选择AKC为基本单元,按不同的构件拆除数量对它进行拆分,得到其本源构型;进而对本源构型进行结构拓扑,得到单自由度或多自由度的同源构型。分别利用双滑块结构、滑块平行四边形结构和双平行四边形结构约束同源构型多余的自由度,最终归纳综合出47种满足自由度要求的平面机构构型。根据避免机构干涉、构型简洁及偏心距可调等要求,确定了3种符合要求的构型;选择其中一种构型来设计行星抛光装置,并通过运动特性分析验证了该装置的可行性。结果表明基于AKC的构型综合方法能够实现行星抛光装置的构型设计,同时该方法可为平面机构的构型综合提供更多思路。
