Failure mode, effect and criticality analysis of the high-speed belt guide digital inkjet printing machine

Abstract  If belt guide digital printing machine faults, the production schedule will be slowed down and the grey cloth will failure to print which result in the enterprise property losses. In order to reduce the machine fault rate and the property losses,aimed at all kinds of possible faults of the highspeed belt guide digital inkjet printing machine,the fault mode,effect and criticality analysis method was applied to analyze the machine’s reliability. The weak links were found out including the conduction band transmission device,inkjet printer,nozzle cleaning device. The list of the fault modes,effects and criticality of the machine(the list of FMECA) was established. The routine maintenance and repairing suggestions for the highspeed belt guide digital inkjet printing machine was proposed based on the FMECA list and to the more critical fault modes. The work can be used as a reference in enterprise to make repair and maintenance strategy of the machine and can provide basis for the reliability design of the machine.

高速导带式数码印花机故障模式、影响及危害度分析

导带式数码印花机发生故障,一方面影响企业生产进度,另一方面导致坯布打印失败而产生浪费,致使企业财产损失.为了降低机器故障率、减少财产损失,针对高速导带式数码印花机所有可能的故障,应用故障模式、影响及危害度分析(failure mode,effects and criticality analysis,FMECA)方法对其进行可靠性分析,找出了其薄弱环节为导带传送装置、喷墨打印装置、喷头清洗装置,得到了故障模式、影响及危害度分析表(FMECA表).并以此为基础,对危害度较大的故障模式给出了检修与日常维护建议,为企业制定高速导带式数码印花机的检修、保养策略提供依据,也为高速导带式数码印花机的可靠性设计提供基础,有利于提高其可靠性.
