Layout optimization design of operation interface in mining excavator cab

Abstract  Aiming at the problem of unreasonable layout design of operation interface in mining excavator cab, the idea and method of layout design of operation interface was proposed.Firstly, the GEM-AHP(group eigenvalue method-analytic hierarchy process) optimization method was used to analyze the relative weights of using frequency, degree of importance and comprehensive weight of components of operation interface in mining excavator cab. A priority pie chart of components was constructed. The degrees of visual attention and ease of operation of the operation panel were considered by using the module importance analysis method, and the distribution diagram of degree of importance of operation panel modules was drawn. Secondly, Components and operation panel modules were matched, and the layout optimization design scheme of the operation interface was established. Finally, Jack's ergonomics software virtual simulation evaluation method and user experience subjective evaluation method were used to compare and evaluate the operation interface in mining excavator cab before and after optimization. The results showed that the operating comfort of optimized interface was significantly improved, and the design rationality was improved by 18.6%. The behavioral characteristics and cognitive characteristics of the operator were emphasized, and the overall layout was more humanized.The research results can provide more scientific and intuitive guidance for layout optimization design of operation interface and provide reference for layout design and evaluation of complex man-machine operation interface.

矿用挖掘机驾驶室操作界面的布局优化设计

针对矿用挖掘机驾驶室操作界面布局设计不合理的问题,提出了操作界面布局优化设计的思路和方法。首先,采用GEM-AHP (group eigenvalue method-analytic hierarchy process,群组决策的特征根法-层次分析法)优化法分析矿用挖掘机驾驶室操作界面组成元件的使用频率、重要程度的相对权重和综合权重,构建组成元件优先序饼状图,并采用模块重要程度分析法对操作面板的视觉注意程度和易操作程度进行考量,绘制操作面板重要程度分布图;其次,匹配组成元件和操作面板模块,建立操作界面的布局优化设计方案;最后,选用Jack人机工程学软件虚拟仿真评价法和用户体验主观评价法对优化前后的矿用挖掘机驾驶室操作界面进行对比评价。结果表明:优化后操作界面的操作舒适性得到了明显提升,设计合理性提高了18.6%,操作人员的行为特性和认知特性得到了重视,其整体布局更加人性化。研究结果可为操作界面的布局优化设计提供更加科学、直观的指导,为复杂人机操作界面的布局设计和评价提供参考。
