Design of rotary disc dryer

Abstract  The heat transfer coefficient of large rotary disc dryer was calculated by using particle transfer model of moving heating-plane type.Under the assumption of total mixture of the particle bed,the heat transfer coefficient of the every segment and the whole dryer was calculated by dividing the dryer into 55 segments according to the drying process.The strength model of the major bearing parts of the rotor system was also introduced.The results conformed to the fact of the operation of the dryer.

旋转圆盘式干燥机的设计

采用基于移动加热板的颗粒热传递模型,根据实际干燥过程分段计算大型旋转圆盘式干燥机的传热系数,介绍了采用有限元分析和简化力学模型的旋转圆盘干燥机转子的强度计算模型,其应用结果与干燥机的实际运行情况基本相符。
