Study on the design of the coal log pipeline transportation experimental system

Abstract  In order to carry out the study of coal log pipeline transportation, studying the structure and function of coal log pipeline transportation system, the design schemes and parameters of each part of transportation system were suggested. A coal log transportation experimental system was built including the coal log injector, the power unit, the transportation section and the tail ejector, etc.The transporting experiments of coal logs and the measurements of the coal log velocity were conducted by using this experimental system. The results showed that the design schemes were able to accomplish the transportation of coal logs well. With the water velocity increasing, the coal log velocity also increased. The coal log velocity was larger than the water velocity. However the appearance of the turning increased the abrasion of coal log during transportation and affected the maintenance of the space between coal logs. So the turning should be as gentle as possible in the actual application.

柱状型煤管道水力输送试验系统的设计研究

为了开展柱状型煤管道水力输送的研究,通过研究柱状型煤管道水力输送系统的构造和功能,提出相应的设计方案和设计参数,并搭建了柱状型煤管道输送试验系统,包括型煤注入装置、动力装置、输送段、尾部排出装置等部分.利用该试验系统开展了型煤列输送试验和型煤运动速度的测量实验.试验结果表明:该设计方案能很好地完成型煤的管道输送,随着水流速度增加,型煤的速度会增加,但型煤的速度高于水流速度;转折角的出现增加了型煤在输送中的磨损,影响型煤间距的保持,因此在实际应用中转折角应尽量平缓.
