基于Siemens PLC和自校正控制算法的炭素回转窑系统的控制

在炭素回转窑煅烧生产过程中,给料量和窑尾负压的有效控制是稳定煅烧带温度、优化煅烧过程的重要环节.以Siemens 300系列PLC为核心,进行炭素回转窑自动控制系统的设计,并采用基于CARMA模型和最小二乘法的自校正调节算法和经典PID算法分别进行给料量和负压的控制,以保证生产过程在最优生产条件下进行.同时考虑到风机在生产过程中的重要性,进行了风机故障诊断处理.系统于2003年底正式投入运行,长期运行结果表明系统可靠性高、实用性好,既稳定了生产,又提高了产品质量,实现了节能.
