Abstract  Mass customization oriented product design is a collaborative process relating to a lot of industries and fields.It is impossible for designers to master all related knowledge.Rapid acquisition and application of knowledge are the key problems to accelerating product development and enhancing to ability of design and innovation.According to features of moblie phone design,a knowledge reuse method is introduced for meet customer’s demands.The reused coutents include design knowledge,innovation knowledge,product model and BOM.This method is appiled into a CAD system which integrates a lot of design information.It shows that this method provides a solution for effectively resolving the contradiction between quickly mobile phone products updating and more powerful functions to be added.

基于知识重用的手机设计需求信息管理方法

面向大批量定制的产品设计是一个跨领域、跨专业的协同设计过程,设计者不可能掌握所有领域的知识.要加快产品的开发速度,提高产品设计和创新能力,知识的快速获取和运用是关键.针对手机产品的设计特点,提出一种满足客户需求的知识重用设计体系,其包括可重用的设计知识、创新知识、产品建模和物料清单,并应用于集成设计信息CAD系统.为手机产品快速更新换代,功能越来越强大,而开发周期越来越短的矛盾提供了一种有效的解决方案.
