Modal analysis of frame on intelligent stereo parking space |

Abstract Along with the development of the economy, a sharp rise in the family car ownership, parking problem is becoming more and more prominent. A unilateral drive stereo frame intelligent parking was proposed, the structure and working principle of intelligent stereo parking space was introduced. The dynamics model of multi-degree freedom vibration system of intelligent stereo parking space framework was establish to obtain free vibration frequency equation by using Lagrange method. Through finite element analysis software ANSYS workbench, the inherent frequency and vibration model of stereo parking space with or without load and the weak position of stereo parking space framework were analyzed. For no-load and load conditions of intelligence stereo parking space frame, hammer modal test had been done, the correctness of modal analysis of the modeling and simulation results had been verified. Studies had shown that setting up dynamic model and simulation model of stereo parking space framework with multi-degree of freedom vibration system was effective. Research results provide the basis for parking space frame system of further optimization design.

智能立体停车位框架的模态分析
随着经济的发展,家庭轿车保有量急剧上升,停车难的问题日益突出.提出了一种单边驱动立体框架智能停车位,介绍了智能立体停车位的结构和工作原理.利用拉格朗日方法建立了智能立体停车位框架多自由度振动系统的动力学模型并得到了自由振动频率方程.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS-workbench分析了无载和有载工况下立体停车位框架的固有频率和振型,指出了立体停车位框架的薄弱位置;进行了无载和有载工况下智能立体停车位框架锤击模态试验,验证智能立体停车位模态分析建模及仿真结果的正确性.研究表明,建立立体停车位框架多自由度振动系统的动力学模型和仿真模型是有效的.研究结果为停车位框架系统的进一步优化设计提供依据.
