Design of electric heat sealing garbage can

Abstract  In order to avoid the direct contact between garbage in the garbage can and human body, reduce the pollution of garbage to the environment, an electric heat sealing garbage can was designed based on the electric heat sealing technology. Taking MSP430 single chip microcomputer as the control core and adopting trapezoid screw transmission technology, the rotation of the stepping motor was converted into the linear motion of the garbage can pressing device; in addition, reasonable circuit design and double-layer electric heating wire structure are used in the pressing device, so as to seal plastic garbage bag with no gap and low noise; LCD12864 LCD (liquid crystal display) and voice module were selected to reflect the sealing process in real time using words and sounds. The sealing unit and electric heat sealing control unit of garbage can were designed, and the sealing experiment of plastic garbage bag was carried out. The experimental results showed that PE (polyethylene) garbage bag and Cr20Ni80 heating wire could be used to realize electric heat sealing quickly and accurately. The research results have important reference value for the green design and intelligent design of garbage can.

电动热封口式垃圾桶的设计

为避免垃圾桶中的垃圾直接与人体接触,减少垃圾对环境的污染,基于电动热封口技术,设计了一种电动热封口式垃圾桶。以MSP430单片机为控制核心,采用梯形丝杠传动技术,将步进电机的转动转换为垃圾桶压条装置的直线运动;在压条装置上辅以合理的电路设计以及双层电热丝结构,实现对塑料垃圾袋无间隙、低噪音封口;选用LCD12864液晶显示器和语音模块,用文字和声音实时显示封口过程。设计了垃圾桶的封口单元和电动热封口控制单元,进行了塑料垃圾袋的封口实验。实验结果表明,选用PE (polyethylene,聚乙烯)材质垃圾袋和Cr20Ni80电热丝能够快速准确地实现电动热封口。研究结果对垃圾桶的绿色设计和智能化设计具有重要的参考价值。
