Reliability redundancy and optimization of free-running submarine model test system

Abstract  Reliability design directly affect the level of free-running submarine model test system design success. Based on the analysis of the self-propulsion task and system contitution of the free-running submarine model, a free-running submarine model test system reliability analysis was carried out. Reliability model of phased-mission systems theory was used to establish the system task reliability analysis and calculation model, integrating the free-running submarine model test system design constraint conditions, and combining with the concept of desirability function. A redundant system reliability optimization model was established and solved by using particle swarm optimization method. The example proves that the model is available and credible.

潜艇自航模试验系统可靠性冗余优化

可靠性设计水平直接影响潜艇自航模系统设计的成败.在某潜艇自航模任务与系统构成分析的基础上,开展了某潜艇自航模系统的可靠性分析,应用多阶段任务系统可靠性模型理论建立了该系统的任务可靠性分析和计算模型,综合潜艇自航模的设计约束条件,并结合满意度的概念,建立了系统可靠性冗余优化模型且利用微粒群算法求解.示例证明了模型的可用性及可信性.
