The analysis and evaluation for a multi-unit system maintenance correlation

Abstract  In view of incomplete consideration to maintenance correlation with traditional methods, a new opinion was put forward to judge maintenance correlation in a multi-unit system from four aspects such as time correlated, fault correlated, structure correlated and function correlated. As the degree of maintenance correlation ultimately affects and decides the contents of maintenance combination in a multi-unit system, it was weighed by the optimized effect of maintenance combination in a multi-unit system. On these bases, the correlation degree of multi-component maintenance could be evaluated by using matrix permanent, which takes indicators and the relationship between indicators into account during the process of evaluating multi-component maintenance correlation. The example showed that it could help maintaining workers to judge maintenance correlation and comparing with the correlation degrees of maintenance parts in multi-component system by the analysis and evaluation. Meanwhile, it proposed the optimal maintenance combination through maintenance correlation degrees in a multi-unit system.

多部件系统的维修关联分析与评价研究

针对传统维修相关性分析方法没有全面考虑维修关联影响,提出了从时间关联、故障关联、结构关联和功能关联四个方面分析多部件系统的维修相关性.鉴于维修关联程度最终影响并决定系统维修组合的内容,确定了从维修组合优化效果的角度衡量多部件系统的维修关联程度.在此基础上,利用矩阵积和式的性质对多部件系统维修关联度进行评价,使得评价结果能够综合考虑维修关联指标和各关联指标之间的相互关系.实例表明:利用该分析与评价方法能够帮助维修工作者判断多部件系统中部件维修相关性和比较部件维修关联程度,并提出实施优化维修组合建议.
