Research of failure analysis (AFD-1) template based on TRIZ conflict resolution theory

Abstract  AFD is the application of the risk analysis in I-TRIZ which is derived from the TRIZ. Stan Kaplan et al. created a template for AFD-1, used “resources” to remove the failures and make the system more idealized. However,there are so many kinds of resources, making the operation workload larger and the operation require higher professional ability of the performers. So the application of the AFD-1 template is difficult to use. We applied the conflict resolution theory of TRIZ to the AFD-1 template,used the theory instead of “resources” to remove the failures and optimize the design scheme, and then created a new AFD-1 template based on TRIZ conflict resolution theory. At last,application example was given,which showed that the new AFD-1 template can overcome the operational complexity of traditional template,reduce workload and greatly improve the practical application results.

基于冲突解决理论的失效分析方法(AFD-1)模板研究

预期失效分析(AFD)是在TRIZ理论基础上发展起来的I-TRIZ中风险分析的应用.Stan Kaplan等人建立的AFD-1模板采用资源工具来进行失效的消除和系统的理想化,然而由于资源分类繁多,操作工作量较大,对操作者的专业基础要求较高,因此应用较困难.将TRIZ中的冲突解决理论引入AFD-1模板中,使用冲突解决理论代替资源工具进行失效的消除和设计方案的优化,并建立了新的基于冲突解决理论的AFD-1模板.最后将模板在实际工程问题中进行应用.结果表明基于冲突解决理论的AFD-1模板克服了传统模板操作的复杂性,工作量相对减少,实际应用效果有较大改善.
