Research of customized design of the full decoration house based on BIM

Abstract  Current design model of the full decoration house has many defects. It does not fundamentally meet customers needs and leave the customers individual demands unsatisfied. Moreover, due to the urge promotion of the full decoration house, the full decoration design model has become the emphasis of research. This paper introduced building information modeling (BIM) and discussed how to apply BIM to customize design of the full decoration house. With the powerful capabilities of BIM in design coordination and 3D visualization, a customer can get a 3D model with customized decoration information, which facilitated later procurement and construction processes. This paper also demonstrated the feasibility of customizing the full decoration design through a case study.

基于BIM的全装修房个性化设计研究

现有的全装修设计模式在推广中存在很多缺陷,没能从根本上满足用户的个性化需求,而全装修的推广又迫在眉睫,因此全装修个性化设计模式的研究得到广泛重视.将BIM(building information modeling)技术引入全装修的设计阶段,通过其强大的协同设计、可视化等功能,在设计阶段就可以建立包含用户全部装修信息的三维模型,为后期进行统一采购和施工提供了极大的便利.通过实例应用展现了其实现的功能,验证了全装修房个性化设计的可行性.
