Generating methods of driving magnetic field for 
the large gap magnetic driving system

Abstract  Two generating methods of driving magnetic field were presented for the large gap magnetic driving system driving permanent magnet axial\|flow blood pump, using single pole and double pole switching mode. The coupling mechanism of magnetic field and driving torque of the system driven by the two kinds of magnetic field was simulated and compared based on ANSYS software. Using the mathematical model of energy transfer efficiency and electromagnet\|loss, the energy transfer efficiency of magnetic driving part and loss of the electromagnets driven by the two kind of magnetic field was calculated and compared through experiments of the blood pump. The results show that both of the two methods can drive permanent magnet rotating smoothly in high\|frequency and high speed situation, and using double pole switching mode as the generating method of driving magnetic field for the system according to the comparison.

大间隙磁力传动系统驱动磁场的产生方法研究

针对永磁轴流式血泵大间隙磁力传动系统,提出了单磁极切换和双磁极切换两种产生驱动磁场的方法;基于ANSYS有限元分析软件仿真分析了磁场的耦合机理,计算比较了2种磁场驱动下系统的驱动力矩;通过轴流式血泵负载实验,利用大间隙磁力传动系统能量传递效率及电磁体损耗的数学模型,计算并比较了2种磁场驱动下系统磁力传动部分的能量传递效率及电磁体损耗情况.结果表明2种磁场均能实现永磁转子在高频、高速时平稳运转,根据比较结果,选用双磁极切换方式作为系统驱动磁场的产生方法.
