Abstract Based on the perturbation analysis theory, the structure reliability optimization of billet hoisters master connecting rod was discussed. Considering the uncertain variables with the unknown distribution form, the random variables with arbitrary distribution were transformed into the standard normal distribution by Edgeworth series, and the distribution function was obtained. The reliability index of structure was computed by the mean and variance of the standardized normal variables and the failure state function, which can describe the reliability degree of the structure. The optimization model was constructed within the constrain of the reliability index. And the optimal combination of the variables can be computed by the optimization method. According to the results, this method can meet the engineering requirement.

钢坯吊具主连杆可靠性优化设计
应用摄动分析理论,论述了钢坯吊具主连杆结构的可靠性问题.在不确定变量分布形式未知情况下,利用Edgeworth级数,将任意分布的随机变量转化为标准的正态分布形式,建立其分布函数,结合摄动分析方法计算标准化正态变量及结构失效状态函数的均值和方差,得到结构的可靠度指标,可用于描述结构的可靠性程度.以可靠度指标为约束构建优化模型,计算满足要求的可靠度情况下的变量最优组合.根据钢坯吊具主连杆优化结果,验证了文中方法能够满足工程需求.
