Design of front-covering-shell stamping mould on an auto engine based on CAE

Abstract  Based on the idea of mechanical optimization design, through the analysis on the front-overing-shell stamping mould, models meeting the requirements were built. The Dynaform software was used for CAE analysis. Because CAE was introduced, press deformation was developed from the original analysis on strain and stress to simulation and analysis of process by finite element method and so on. Finally, press process optimization design was implemented.

基于CAE某型汽车发动机前罩壳冲压模设计

基于机械优化设计的思想,通过对冲压件前罩壳的分析,建立了符合要求的模型.运用Dynaform软件进行CAE分析.由于引入了CAE,冲压成形已从原来的对应力应变进行分析而逐步发展到采用有限元等进行工艺过程的模拟与分析,实现了冲压过程的优化设计.
