ECM cathode design of independent work teeth in cannon tube rifle

Abstract  To solve the problem that positive string will fall down when cannon tube rifle becomes wider between the beginning segment and the changing tangle segment by using fixed cathode of ECM to machine big caliber and deep string groove cannon tube, the method by separating work teeth as discrete component and regarding it as a structure that connects but exists relative movement with cathode was adopted. Solid geometric model of cathode was established and work teeth, flow-guiding system and driving system were designed. When cathode was hauled by pull rod to axial feeding and radial direction, micro-motor embedded in cathode will drive independent work teeth according to program simultaneously. According to the change in trajectory equation, the work teeth keep consistent with the tangle. This method can realize highaccurately machining of cathode teeth.

膛线电解加工独立工作齿阴极设计

为解决固定式阴极加工大口径深线槽变缠角膛线出现初始段和变缠角段膛线加宽,产生阳线“塌壁”的问题,采用将工作齿作为分立元件与阴极体做成既有联系又存在相对运动的结构,对阴极结构进行立体几何建模,设计工作齿、导流系统和驱动系统.在阴极体受拉杆牵引作轴向进给和径向运动的同时,由嵌入阴极体内的微电机按程序驱动独立工作齿,按照弹道方程改变,时刻保持与缠角一致.采用此结构可实现阴极齿的高精度切削加工.
