Complex tolerance analyses

Abstract  Against the background of increasing demands for quality in technical products, shorter cycles of development as well as parallel development processes,it becomes more and more important to receive statements about critical influences  and risks in the component functions at an early stage in order to make a potential fault clearance as cost neutral as possible. One method besides the already established simulation processes in development exists in tolerance analysis. Thereby the confirmation of the function measurement concept is secured. This also is a benchmark for production, function and assembly features of components.
