Abstract  Automatic Hydraulic Tape Leaf Spring Rolling Mill (AHTLSRM) is a special equipment to manufacture automobile leaf spring. The basic composition of AHTLSRM developed independently is presented. Then the control requirement on equipment motion for manufacturing tape leaf spring is analyzed. The electro-hydraulic servo control system adopts two degree computer control system; its mathematical model has been set up and analysis on its dynamic performanceis carried out. After application validation, this equipment has high productivity and strong adaptability.

板簧轧机电液伺服控制系统的设计与实现

全自动液压板簧轧机是用于制造汽车板簧的专用设备。介绍了自主开发制造的全自动液压变截面板簧轧机的基本组成,分析了变截面板簧生产对设备运动的控制要求。轧机的电液伺服系统采用两级计算机控制方式,建立了电液伺服系统数学模型,分析了电液伺服系统的动态性能。经过应用验证了该设备生产率高、适用性强。
