Abstract Automatic Hydraulic Tape Leaf Spring Rolling Mill (AHTLSRM) is a special equipment to manufacture automobile leaf spring. The basic composition of AHTLSRM developed independently is presented. Then the control requirement on equipment motion for manufacturing tape leaf spring is analyzed. The electro-hydraulic servo control system adopts two degree computer control system; its mathematical model has been set up and analysis on its dynamic performanceis carried out. After application validation, this equipment has high productivity and strong adaptability.
