Abstract Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is an ideal transmission for automobile. A commonly used VDT hydraulic system of CVT is introduced, on the basis of which, a new type of DPC hydraulic system is designed. Safety in case of pressure breakdown and shifting speed performance of these two hydraulic systems are compared through simulation. The results of analysis indicate that safety in case of pressure breakdown of DPC hydraulic system is prior to VDT hydraulic system and the former still exceeds the latter in shifting speed performances.

无级变速传动液压系统设计及仿真分析
无级变速传动是汽车的一种理想传动方式。介绍了一种常用的无级变速传动VDT液压系统,在此基础上设计了一种新型的无级变速传动DPC液压系统,对这两种液压系统压力关断时的安全性以及换档切换性能进行了仿真比较分析。分析结果表明,DPC液压系统压力关断时安全性优于VDT液压系统,DPC液压系统的换档切换性能也明显优于VDT液压系统。
