Study on computer aided quality function deployment concept design expert system model

Abstract  QFD (Quality Function Deployment) provides an effective method for product concept design to meet requirements of customers. Design model of Computer Aided QFD Concept Design Expert System and key technologies of computer implementation are proposed. Research on gaining customers’ requirements information is conducted and topology structure of knowledge description of customers’ requirements is established. From the perspective of knowledge engineering, database-based knowledge description and reasoning principle are presented and knowledge reasoning process of expert system is designed. Finally, taking the concept design of former main bearing of high-speed special grinding machine as an example, this system is validated and the result is satisfactory.

CAQFD概念设计专家系统模式的研究

质量功能配置(QFD)对满足用户需求的产品概念设计提供了一种切实可行的方法。探讨了计算机辅助QFD概念设计专家系统的设计模型和计算机实现的关键技术。对用户需求信息的获取方法进行了研究,构建了用户需求知识表达的拓扑结构。从知识工程的角度,提出了基于数据库的知识表达模式和推理方式,设计了专家系统的知识推理过程。最后以高速专用磨床的主轴前支承轴承的概念设计为例,进行了系统的应用验证,取得了满意的效果。
