Development of automatic tightening system based on modular design

Abstract  To shorten the period of manufacturing and repairing of automatic tightening machine for screw and meet the high-efficiency requirement of enterprises, an automatic tightening system for screw based on modular design is proposed.On the basis of analysis on control principle of pre-tightening force and tightening process, this system is divided into various functional units and applies modular design from software and hardware. Furthermore, a series of mechanical and electric units are established to make this system be able to be assembled and repaired rapidly. Practical application indicates that this system can enhancethe efficiency of repair and manufacture.

基于模块化设计的自动拧紧系统的开发

为了解决目前螺栓(母)自动拧紧装备制造和维修周期过长,不能适应企业高效生产要求的问题,提出一种基于模块化设计的螺栓自动拧紧系统。基于对螺纹联接件装配的预紧力控制原理和拧紧工作过程的分析,将拧紧系统分成不同的功能单元,并从硬件和软件两方面对它们实施模块化设计,构建系列化的机械和电气模块单元,使系统获得快速组合和维修的能力。实际应用表明,该模块化设计的自动拧紧系统提高了装备的制造和维修效率。
