Abstract  The process of reverse fishbone development existed is im proved,by which it is suitable for the determination of the functional elements for the product existed.The new process for the development of function model using reverse fishbone method is given and the small problems can be determined in this process.An engineering example shows the application.

反向鱼骨图下的现有产品功能模型建立

改进了反向鱼骨图建立的方法,使之能用于确定功能元件,建立现有产品功能模型,并由该模型确定小问题.一工程实例说明了该过程的应用.
