Some design principles on hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic servo static& dynamic universal test machine

Abstract  Some comm on questions are discussed and analyzed in w hich the hydraulic system design of electro—hydraulic servo static&.dynamic universal test machine,which include load matching,servo valve applying,actuator natural frequency improving,clamping device and cooling system design.Some principles are put forward to which design the sim ilar hydraulic system ,the principles was verified by to design 1 MN electro-hydraulic servo static&dynamic universal test machine and yield good  result,it can serve as a reference for engineers w ho w ant to design this kind of test machines.

电液伺服动静万能试验机液压系统设计的一些原则

分析讨论了电液伺服动静万能试验机液压系统设计中的一些共性问题,包括负载动力的匹配、伺服阀的选用、作动器固有频率的提高、夹紧装置与冷却系统的设计等. 提出了设计该类试验机液压系统的一些原则,其优效性在1 MN 电液伺服动静万能试验机设计中得到验证. 该原则可以作为工程技术人员设计同类试验机的参考依据.
