Plan Innovation and Design of Automatic Setting Mechanism of Fuse

Abstract   According to structure size, working environment and using demand of certain type rocket depth bomb' s launcher, by using mechanical innovation design theory, the automatic setting device of depth bomb' s fuse is separated into power module, transmission module, execution module and safe-assisting module in terms of its function. By seeking kinematic solution of each module, the innovation design plan of the automatic setting mechanism has been synthesized.Based on the concrete design demands, the geometric parameters of the mechanism' s every section also have been determined by optimization. The sample machine, which is made according to the design plan and results mentioned above, can satisfy the design demands completely, has passed feasibility argumentation organized by Navy.

引信自动设定机构的方案创新与设计

根据某型火箭深炮的结构尺寸、工作环境和使用要求,运用机械创新设计理论,将引信自动设定装置按功能分解为动力模块、传动模块、执行模块和安全辅助模块,在对各模块进行创新求解的基础上,综合出了深炮引信自动设定机构的创新设计方案;同时,根据具体的设计要求,通过优化确定了机构各部分的几何参数.按照上述方案和结果所加工制作的样机,经试验完全满足设计要求,通过了海军某部的可行性论证.
