摘要: 根据住宅小区建筑规模的大小、建筑类型的不同,确定了住宅小区电气消防系统形式,比较了不同系统形式的优缺点,同时介绍了住宅小区内各种不同类型建筑单体的电气消防系统构成内容及设计时需把握的设计要点,提出了设计过程中需注意的设计问题和解决方案,尤其针对各种不同类型建筑单体电气消防的联动设计提出了一些设计体会.

Abstract: According to the scales,architectural styles of residential districts,the article confirms the different types of residential districts electric fire-control system and compares their advantages and disadvantages.Meanwhile,it introduces the system atic structure of electric fire control for different architectural units in residential buildings and the essentials in the process of designing.Moreover,problems that need attention in designing and solutions have also been put forward,especially some designing experiences aiming at the linkage design of various electric fire contro1.
