摘要: 为了有效地解决螺纹联接的松动、松脱问题,提出从功能材料入手利用铁基形状记忆合金来研制一种新型螺母的设计思想.从理论上分析了新型螺母的防松机理,并试验研究了螺母的静动态防松效果和重复使用性能.试验结果表明,新型智能螺母具有很好的静动态防松效果,并且可以重复使用.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of loosing and disengaging of the thread connecting parts,a new type of nut made of Fe-based shape memory alloy (SM A)is proposed,basing on the functional materials.The anti-loosing mechanism of the nut was mainly analyzed by theory,and the static and dynamic anti-loosing performance and the repeatability performance were studied by experiments.The results show that the nut not only has very good anti-loosing performance,but also can be used repeatedly.
