链板式连续运输机械的现代设计方法研究

摘要: 为突破刮板输送机、板式输送机等连续运输机械查表选型、经验类比的传统设计方法,提出了从工作对象——散体物料出发,根据散体极限平衡原理,进行输送机理及物料属性、物料与输送机间摩擦力、物料高度、刮板间距等影响因素的分析.结合优化设计的实例得出,在某一输送条件下,输送能力不仅与驱动功率有关,还受物料正常输送极限高度的制约;参数优化结果表明,功耗降低约1/6.为该类机械从传统设计转向现代设计提供了理论基础.

Abstract: In order to break through traditional design methods of continuous conveyors (such as scraper conveyors and slat conveyors),for example,type selection in fl table and experience analogy,according to the limiting balance principle of granular material,taking granular material as working object,conveying mechanism and influence factors including material attribute,the friction between material and conveyor,conveying height and scraper interval were analysed.Based on an instance of optimal design,it was acquired that the transport capability was restricted not only by the drive power,but also by the limiting height of normal transport on fl certain condition.The result of optimizing parameters indicates that the power is reduced by one-sixth approximately under the same condition,and provides machines of this kind with a theoretical base to realize the transformation from traditiona1 design to modern design.
