摘要： 分析了建筑CAD与概预算一体化技术的现状,提出了在通用的CAD设计平台上以自动和人机交互相结合的方式提取工程量数据,实现建筑CAD与概预算一体化的方法.论述了系统的组成并比较深入地探讨了系统实现的几个关键问题和实现方法.

Abstract:  Based on the analysis of CAAD(computer-aided arthitecture design) and budgetary-budget estimate integration technology, a new method to realize the integration is put forward, in which the engineering quantity is obtained from the architecture work drawing designed on universal CAD(computer aided design) design platform using automatic or man-machine interactive manner. Finally, some other key technical problems are also discussed.
