摘要: 将磁粉离合器应用于扭转疲劳试验机中,实现了加载扭矩的无级调节与控制.分析了无级加载扭转疲劳试验机的工作原理,介绍了该试验机的主要用途卜通过现场标定,加载扭矩的误差不超过3%.

Abstract: It is a new idea to use magnetic particle clutch in the design for torsion fatigue tester. The load of tester can be adjusted and controlled. The paper gives operating principle of torsion fatigue tester and recommends its application. Error of tester torque is not more than 3% by testing made with torsion fatigue tester.
