摘要: 介绍了计算机及PLC控制热轧钢坯喷号机的结构原理及控制系统,研究、开发了七段码喷号方式.喷号机系统能自动完成到位的检测、去氧化皮、喷号、清洗等工作.用水基耐高温涂料喷射,可以较低的成本完成喷号任务,这为进一步的推广应用创造了条件.

Abstract:  It' s an introduction to the configuration of the automatic printer and its control system,as well as a new printing method——“seven-segment dope jet”. The system performs position sensing, oxide-removing, numeral printing and self-washing automatically. Making use of water based dope reduces the cost of the printer, the system turns out to be stable and accurate, which is fatal before it can be widely used.
