表面涂层系统与基底结合的一种解析分析方法

摘要: 表面工程中的涂层,由单层涂层发展到多层涂层与复合涂层.多层涂层已得到很多应用,进行其机械性能的分析对于发展微机械等技术有着重要的意义.从弹性力学平面问题的艾雷应力函数解法出发,通过傅立叶变换,得到了多涂层系统的解析结果.与通用有限元程序ANSYS的计算结果比较,证明了本文方法的准确性.

Abstract:  Engineering coatings have been developed from single coating into multiple coatings and compound films. There are many applications of multiple coatings. The analysis of mechanical performances of these systems has significant impacts on MEMS technology and so on. The analytic solutions for multi-layed elastic solids have been presented by Fourier transformation based on Airy stress function approach. The comparison with results by ANSYS analysis shows that the solutions presented in this paper are accurate.
