摘要: 研制高性能、微体积的微型马达将极大地促进微机械电子系统的发展.给出了一种结构简单、易于微型化的压电致动马达.利用振动学理论,建立了其振动模型,并在此基础上进行了运动和动力特性分析.

Abstract:  A new kind of micromotor, which has simple structure and is easy to miniaturized, is presented and the piezoelectric working principle of this motor is also investigated. A mathematic model of vibrator is established. Based on the model, the characteristic of kinematics and dynamics of the motor is analyzed.
