摘要: 根据节制杆式模拟汽车碰撞台车试验系统的技术特点,分析了节制杆式碰撞吸能装置的工作原理和节制杆设计计算模型,利用面向对象编程技术设计了汽车模拟碰撞节制杆计算软件.经软件设计的节制杆碰撞吸能装置可以很好地再现实车碰撞动力学过程,具有较高的设计精度.

Abstract: According to the technical characteristics of control-staff-type car collision platform car test system, the work principles of control-staff-type mechanism of absorbing collision energy and computation model of control-staff design were analyzed. By adopting object-oriented technology, computation software of car collision simulation control-staff was developed. The absorbing energy mechanism of the control-staff designed with this software can simulate the dynamic process of car collision with high design accuracy.
