摘要: 依据质量驱动的虚拟原型设计理论,构建基于ACIS的产品虚拟原型设计总体框架, 用C++开发了可从可视化数据库中读出实体, 再加以渲染产品的LINUX可视化系统,并建立了基于STEP标准的产品信息交换模型.在制造物理原型之前,可对产品全生命周期各个方面进行产品分析、评价、决策和修改,实现产品数据管理和设计进程的集成化.

Abstract: The framework of product virtual prototype design(VPD) based on ACIS 7.0 is constructed according to the theory of quality-driven VPD. The visualized system in which the entities are translated from visualized databases by Open Inventor 2.0 and the original objects are rendered by Renderizer 2.5 is developed by C++ in LINUX platform. Moreover, a product information exchange model based on STEP standard is established. Before manufacture of physical prototype, all stages of product life cycle can be analyzed, evaluated, decided and revised, and finally integration of product data management and design procedures is implemented.
