摘要： 用户总是将一个产品与他的期望进行比较 ,认识和理解这点是取得成功的关键。产品开发人员通过走访和专题讨论会的形式从用户或订货者那儿了解这些期望 ,对此进行综合分析 ,总结出精确描述的和标有刻度的要求 (额定指标 ) ,从而形成综合了一个评价系统的具体要求清单。达到的开发结果的质量作为用户满意程度可以简单明了地通过与额定指标的比较来确定。

Abstract: Customers always compare a product with his expectations.To identify and understand these is a key to success.The expectations can be ascertained by the product developer in interviews and workshops at the customer’s or client’s.Mutual analysing of problems results in precisely formulated and scaled requirements(target specifications).This way,an objectified list of requirements,is generated that includes a builtin evaluation system. The quality of the development result achieved can be easily and unambiguously determined by comparison with the target specifications.
