摘要: 为提高高速公路智能卡管理专用设备——智能卡收/发卡机的稳定、可靠性和实用性,采用增强型卡箱技术、卡平面检测技术、卡道的检测与计数技术等多种自主专利技术,设计出一种增强型半自动智能卡(也称IC卡)收/发卡装置,从根本上解决了目前全自动和半自动卡机所存在的稳定性差、可靠性低,易出现故障等问题.长时间的试用和测试,表明该设备的各项指标远远优于现有产品.

Abstract: In order to improve the stability, reliability and practicability of special equipment—a integrated circuit card receiving and issuing card machine on highway, several self-patented technology, such as enhanced card box, card plane detection technology, card road detection and counting technology was adopted to develop a enhanced semi-automatic smart card (also known as IC card) receiving and issuing devices, which solved the problems, such as poor stability and reliability, easy to fail, of current semi-automatic and fully automatic card machine. This machine was tried and tested a long period on highway. The results indicate the index of this machine is far superior to current products.
