摘要: 为了提高复合绝缘子憎水性带电检测的安全性,设计了一套基于无线通信的复合绝缘子图像在线采集前端控制系统.系统由喷水装置、图像采集装置、无线收发器以及电脑组成,喷水装置通过2.4G无线模块与插在电脑上的无线收发器通信,图像采集装置通过WiFi与电脑通信.将喷水装置和图像采集装置安装在塔上,在塔下就能用电脑控制它们向复合绝缘子喷水拍照,图像自动保存在电脑里,憎水性分析软件调用此图片即可分析复合绝缘子的憎水性等级.测试结果表明:该系统操作简单安全,工作稳定,抗干扰能力强,无线通信丢包率在3.5%以下,电池充1次电能持续工作超过14 h,拍摄图像清晰,能够满足分析绝缘子憎水性对图像清晰度的要求.

Abstract: A front-end control system for composite insulators' image on-line acquisition based on wireless communication was designed to improve the safety of the on-line hydrophobicity detection of composite insulators. The system consisted of water spraying device, image acquisition device, wireless transceiver and computer, the water spraying device communicated with the wireless transceiver inserted in the computer through the 2.4G wireless module and the image acquisition device communicated with the computer through WiFi. When the water spraying device and the image acquisition device were installed on the top of the transmission tower, they could be controlled to spray water and take a picture to store in the computer. Then the picture could be used to analyze the level of hydrophobicity of the composite insulators by the hydrophobicity analysis software. Test results showed that the system worked not only stably but also safely and had the capability of strong anti-jamming. The package loss rate of wireless communication was less than 3.5%. Besides, when the battery was charged once, the system could work continuously for 14 h. The image acquired is clear which is suitable for detecting the hydrophobicity of composite insulators.
