摘要: 蒸压反应釜是建材工业中生产硅酸盐制品的关键设备,蒸压釜的腐蚀一直是困扰建材行业多年的难题。为解决蒸压釜的腐蚀问题,分析了腐蚀产生的原因,设计了几种不同的涂层进行试验,确定了电弧喷涂铝复合涂层效果最好,指出了涂层厚度范围和提高涂层致密性的方法。实践结果在江苏巨龙集团加气混凝土厂被证实。最后指出,采用电弧喷涂铝复合涂层的防腐方法可以防止反应釜的腐蚀,去掉腐蚀裕度,节约制造材料,延长反应釜的寿命,使反应釜的寿命和整个生产线的寿命一致。

Abstract: For stream autoclave, an key equipment in producing silicate production of building material industry, its corrosion is the toughest problem obsessing the whole industry. To solve this problem, the reason of generating corrosion is analyzed and several kinds of coats are designed. And then arcspray aluminum compound coat is validated to the most effective one through experiments. Moreover, the thickness range of this coat and method to enhance its fine and close are provided, which has been demonstrated in Xuzhou Aeroconcrete Plant Jiangsu, China. Finally, The authors point out that arc spray aluminum compound coatcan prevent corrosion, reduce thickness, increase its service life and save manufacture materials, and then make the service life of autoclave accord with thatof aeroconcrete assembly life.
