摘要： 旨在对产品进行早期评估的样机应用，在产品开发中起着不可忽视的作用．当系列接近的样机为必需时，采用快速模具制造方法制造样机．但是尽管采用了系列材料和系列工序，样机仍然是系列不等的．对这个问题进行了详细阐述．
Abstract: The use of prototypes is a crucial part of the product development．Especially when product-like properties are demanded rapid tooling technologies come into operation．Although the series process and the series material are used，the prototype’S properties are not quite the same of the product as shown．
