基于PROFIBUS的WMBPS系统改造设计

摘要: 现场总线是一种全分布式开放通信控制系统.介绍了几种总线不同的介质访问控制方式,指出PROFIBUS是一种能满足工业实时性要求的令牌总线控制方式.论述了WMBPS(weighting measurement band—ingpinstamp stencil)改造中采用PROFIBUS总线方式的网络结构和系统控制方式,该方式提高了信号传输的稳定性,缩短了改造工期,减少了改造工作量,在实际改造中取得显著成效。

Abstract: Fieldbus is a distributed, open-communication control system. Compared control modes of M AC with other fieldbus system ,pointed that PROFIBUS is a real-time token bus control system.Described network structure and system control mode of W M BPS (weighting measurement banding pinstamp stencil)rebuilding using PROFIBUS(process field bus).This mode improved the signal transfer stability,shortened the time limit for a project,reduced the rebuild workload and made a prominent effect.
