摘要: 研究了稀土超磁致伸缩材料( Tb0. 27Dy0. 73 ) Fe1. 9( 商品名为Ter fenol??D) 微位移机构的设计方法; 建立了基于Ter fenol-D 棒的高速强力微位移机构的动态响应特性模型; 对该模型进行了计算机仿真, 并与实验结果进行了比较、分析; 给出了该机构的力特性、热特性。这些对基于Terfenol??D 的产品设计具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract: This paper presents the theoret ical and experimental study of magnetost ict ive mini-actuator.Transfer funct ion and dynamic modeling are described and discused as well. The modeling can be widely used in the design of giant manetostrictive actuator. Experiments show the mini-actuator designed and
developed by ourselves can meet the requirements of species displace and vibration control system. T he experiment results and the computer simulation results show that the device has good properties in low frequency range.
