莱洛三角形微孔织构化端面密封性能数值模拟

摘要: 基于微孔型表面织构在改善机械端面密封性能方面的优势,提出了一种新型的莱洛三角形微孔表面织构,并利用数值模拟方法考察了莱洛三角形微孔织构化端面的密封性能。首先,在动环表面上分别设置圆形、三角形、莱洛三角形三种微孔表面织构。然后,利用GAMBIT软件进行3种微孔织构化密封端面模型网格划分,利用Fluent软件分析密封端面的流场特性并获得其流场压力分布。最后,总结出3种微孔织构化密封端面的开启力、泄漏率和开漏比随织构面积率、孔深、密封间隙、操作压力及转速的变化规律。结果表明:3种微孔织构化密封端面的开启力和泄漏率随着密封参数的变化具有相同的变化规律;当Sp=10%,hd=3~4 μm,hp<3 μm,pi<0.3 MPa时,3种微孔织构化密封端面均呈现出较好的密封性能;相比于圆形、三角形微孔织构化密封端面,莱洛三角形微孔织构化密封端面具有较大的开启力和较小的泄漏率,同时具有较大的开漏比。研究成果可为微孔织构化机械端面的密封参数优化设计提供参考。
Abstract: Based on the advantages of micro-dimpled surface textures in improving the sealing performance of mechanical end face, a new type of Reuleaux triangular micro-dimpled surface texture was proposed, and the sealing performance of textured end face was investigated by numerical simulation. Firstly, three kinds of micro-dimpled surface textures of circular, triangular and Reuleaux triangular shapes were set on the surface of the rotating ring. Then, the meshes of three kinds of micro-dimpled textured sealing end face models were generated by GAMBIT software and the flow field characteristics of the sealing end face were analyzed by Fluent software, and the pressure distribution of the flow field of the sealing end face was obtained. Finally, the variation rules of opening force, leakage rate and the ratio of opening force to leakage rate of the textured sealing end face of the three types micro-dimpled textured sealing end faces with the texture area ratio, hole depth, seal gap, operating pressure and rotational speed were summarized. The results showed that the opening force and leakage rate of the three kinds of micro-dimple textured sealing end face had the same variations with the sealing parameters. WhenSp=10%,hd=3~4 μm,hp<3 μm,pi<0.3 MPa, the three kinds of micro-dimpled textured sealing end face showed preferable sealing performance. Compared with the circular and triangular micro-dimpled textured sealing end faces, the Reuleaux triangular micro-dimpled textured sealing end face had larger opening force, smaller leakage rate and larger ratio of opening force to leakage rate. The research results can provide reference for the sealing parameter optimization design of mechanical end face of micro-dimpled surface texture.
