摘要: 以实现功能创新组合为设计目标,对现有产品功能进行创新组合具有非常重要的实用价值.通过对典型多功能组合产品各分功能之间关系分析,引入功能主题链这一概念,构建不同产品之间功能主题链,以此为组合设计前提;提出基于功能本体的创新组合设计策略,利用功能本体知识库,查找匹配各产品主要部件的功能语义,列出相同或相近的功能语义表述,以此为组合契合点.由功能-结构相互映射关系,实现已有产品功能到其结构的映射,在结构模型上进行组合设计,结合设计相关知识及联系实际得到满足社会和技术需求的创新组合产品模型.最后,用实例验证了上述组合创新设计方法的可行性.

Abstract: It is of great practical importance to try to achieve design innovation by combining functions of existing products. By investigating the relationship between individual functions of some typical mechanical products with function combination, this paper proposed a concept called function theme chain, which was used to construct combination function from different products, and hence the function theme chain was used to establish the foundation of combination design. Subsequently, an innovative combination design method was proposed based on a function ontology. By using the knowledge library of function ontology, it attempted to extract same or similar function semantics from diverse products, together with their matching components, which offered the starting point for combination design. Specifically, the design process applied function to structure mapping to implement the synthesis from function to structure; thereafter, the combination design was implemented by configuration of structure model with the relevant design knowledge and designer practical experience, so as to deliver new innovative combination model that met social and technical requirements. Finally, a case study was also presented to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed methodology.
