About the Journal

Applied Mathematics-A Journal of Chinese Universities  is a nationwide academic journal supervised by Ministry of Education, China and sponsored by Zhejiang University and China Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics .It commenced publication in 1986. In 1993 State Scientific and Technological Commission authorized to publish English edition (Series B). Since 1994, both Series A (Chinese) and Series B (English) are published quarterly per annum, contents will not be overlapped.Editors in Chief are Academician Li Daqian and Professor Lin Zhengyan. Editorial Committee is composed of eminent domestic and overseas mathematicians. 

Our journal lays particular emphasis on the research result and relevant development in Mathematics and related interdisciplinary fields. It publishes paper and survey related to theory and application of Applied Mathematics as well.The principal readers are faculty members and students in universities and colleges,applied mathematicians and engineers in research and production sectors. 

Series B of Appl. Math. JCU is included in SCI-E since 2008. Appl. Math. JCU is listed among the Chinese Core Academic Journal of Natural Science , and Source Journal for China Science and Technology Paper Statistics. It is a source journal for Chinese Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database and for Chinese Science Citation Database. 

Since 2007, Series B of our journal is distributed with the collaboration of Publisher Group Springer. In recent years, dozens of overseas papers are submitted to Series B of our journal annually , and the number is increased year by year. The influence overseas is stronger steadily.
