Abstract  

With the deepening of agricultural supply-side structural reform and the improvement of people’s living standards, the consumer demand and the production-marketing model of fruits and vegetables in China are undergoing tremendous changes. Accordingly, the postharvest supporting system is playing a more and more important role in the fruits and vegetables industry. After years of development, we had made great progress on the theories and technologies of postharvest fruits and vegetables. However, the local processing of fruits and vegetables were still the short board, which had become a bottleneck problem for the improvement of postharvest supporting system. Thus, the present study reviewed the development status of the technologies for local commoditization of fruits and vegetables in China, in order to provide some inspiration for the future development of this area.

我国果蔬产地商品化技术支撑体系发展现状

随着我国农业供给侧改革和人民生活水平的提高,果蔬产品消费需求和产销模式正发生着巨大变化,配套的采后服务系统在果蔬产业中的地位越来越重要。经过多年的发展,我国果蔬采后理论和技术体系取得了显著的进步。然而,目前果蔬采后处理环节仍存在明显的断链,产地商品化处理技术服务体系成了提升果蔬采后水平的关键瓶颈问题。本文归纳总结了我国果蔬采后技术体系的发展现状以及产地商品化的技术需求,以期为我国果蔬产地商品化处理技术的未来发展提供一些启示。
