三种丝孢类生防真菌孢子类疏水蛋白的含量与组分比较

比较研究了6株球孢白僵菌Beuaveria bassiana(Bb)、5株玫烟色拟青霉Paecilomyces fumosoroseus(Pf)和3株金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae(Ma)孢子类疏水蛋白(HLP)的含量和组分.结果表明HLP含量因菌种和菌株不同而呈现显著差异,其中Bb2861孢子HLP含量最高达23.4μg·mg-1,而Ma297的最低仅5.0μg.mg-1.HLP组分在三种生防真菌间差异明显,球孢白僵菌(12.0、15.0和17.5 kDa)和玫烟色拟青霉(15.0和17.5 kDa)的种内差异不明显.但是,金龟子绿僵菌的HLP组分种内差异较大,Ma2125主要包括17.0和14.5 kDa条带,Ma0201主要包括19.0和13.5 kDa,而Ma297主要条带仅为13.5 kDa.在对Bb2860不同菌体结构的比较研究中,发现其气生分生孢子、气生菌丝和液生菌丝的HLP含量分别为26.3、18.2和16.5μg.mg-1,相互间差异显著,且均含有15.0和17.5 kDa的主要条带.害虫生防真菌孢子HLP含量及组分的初步探明为研究其生物学功能与潜在应用奠定了基础.
