铝胁迫下小麦根细胞壁果胶甲酯酶活性的变化及其与耐铝性的关系

研究了2个小麦基因型西矮麦1号(耐性)和辐84系(敏感)在铝胁迫下根尖细胞壁果胶甲酯酶(PME)活性的变化及其与根系对铝毒反应的关系.结果表明,30 μmol·L-1 AlCl3处理6 h和24 h后,小麦根系伸长受到了明显的抑制,但辐84系受抑制更为明显.小麦根系0~10 mm根段的铝含量显著高于10~20 mm根段,且辐84系在0~10 mm根段铝含量高于西矮麦1号.铝胁迫下小麦根尖0~10 mm根段细胞壁果胶糖醛酸含量提高,但辐84系不仅果胶糖醛酸含量较高而且提高幅度更为明显.铝处理下,西矮麦1号根尖果胶甲酯酶(PME)活性无明显变化,但辐84系0~10 mm根段PME活性在铝处理6 h后提高,处理24 h则略有下降.敏感基因型根尖细胞壁PME活性高于耐性基因型,在短期胁迫(6 h)下敏感基因型0~10 mm根段细胞壁PME活性明显提高,在24 h时则略有降低;而耐铝基因型没有明显的变化.上述结果显示,辐84系在无铝胁迫下根尖细胞壁果胶甲基酯酶活性较高,而且在短期铝胁迫下果胶含量和果胶甲基酯酶活性提高幅度较大,增加了细胞壁铝的结合位点,导致较多的铝在根尖积累是其根系伸长受铝抑制程度较高的可能原因.
